heard some talk about it before, just wanted to know how it was done and how often to get it done.......i thought it was every 3 months or so.......

 

depends on how often you slide.....the more often.....the less time you should have between over-hauls......i don't know exact time frames because i'm not a dr1f+3r.....just some random guy who enjoys watching.....and ocasionally TRYING to slide.
