drifting and powersliding
drifting and powersliding
i thought i would reiterate the difference here, for those who might have forgotten, or do not know the difference
where as powersliding is merely punching the gas in the exit of a turn, drifting is the maintainence of speed thru a turn, by keeping the momentum going. weight shift is what is required to do this feat. entering a corner, going thru the apex, *and coming out of the turn (*depending on show or race drift) is true drifting, not what u do while pulling out of an intersection.
just thought id let people know.

a drift is when the fronts are sliding also, at a nice yaw rate but not nearly as much as the rears.
youre describing a 'power over' technique, evan.

Ahh that makes sense now. That will be quite a challenge in a mustang since the back does like to kick around easy
