I'm just wondering. A while back I saw some dude at a autocross say he was going to be "drifting" out on the course. He claimed to be pretty good at it. But...when he was making his runs it looked more like he was having seziures behind the wheel. I've seen drifting videos and stuff...and that dude was not drifting. Oh...yeah and his lap times..umm, well...sucked.
So....I'm wondering, who here on TR actually does do the kind of stuff I see those Japanese guys do in those videos?

some people in the area can drift...very few. others are still getting their feet wet. there is not anyone here who is close to a 'pro', but we've got a couple novice levels.

 

so where are the videos of these so called "some people in the area can drift"?

we've been trying to hold off till we secured a legal place to practice, etc. all the videos on the internet from us are well over a year old.

we might be shooting some footage this Sunday...we'll see.
