To answer the above drinking questions. I can tell you right now this will be impossible to monitor. And the track is not going to stop selling beer as mentioned before. Beer is a big money maker. Plus why punish the responsible people and the people that are not driving. Unfortunatley there is no simple answer to this. But we will all have to work on it.
