Bracket Racers ???
Just wondering if anyone else braket races. I just started and have had no success yet, but I did win my first round this last weekend at BMP. My brother has had some success in the Corvette Challenge and the Super Chevy Shows, winning in each. Thought it would be interesting to hear of others' competition experience. Maybe we can get a group of racers to meetup at the BMP or Sunshine bracket events.

I've won a few times at Sunshine on Wed. nights. Made it a few rounds at Super Chevy. It takes some time to get good at it but you'll get there.

best bet is to get an automatic rental car, and dont turn it off the entire day.

there is another bulletin board called DragRaceResults.com. There is a forum called "bracket talk", you could check that out too. Lots of bracket racers from BMP and Sunshine and Immokalee and all over the US. Chat with the best of them...

I'm racing in the Sportsman/Footbrake class. I know it takes lots of practice, it is just frustrating sometimes. It's never fun wasting money on buybacks. Things are starting to look up though. My rt's are better and last time out my runs were within a hundreth of the quickest one. I do still have a tendacy to redlight with -.00X's. I'm thinking of changing to a taller front tire so that my rollout is longer. Right now my front tires are only 23.5"
