2011 Challenger SRT Suspension Noise

2,599 posts · Joined 2010 #3 · 3d ago Many years ago, I had a weird noise on a 2009 SRT8, at low speed it sounded like rope being pulled tightly over a wooden beam, -strained. Turned out to be a busted cradle bushing in the rear (one out of the four).

In all seriousness, sway and end link bushes... but also the upper control arm, especially if you have some miles on them.

2 posts · Joined 2025 #6 · 2h ago Are you sure it's the suspension? My 2014 SRT8 makes noise going over bumps, but it's the rear quarter panels at the bottom. They're not really attached to anything and they flap, kind of, making a thumping noise. It's very annoying

32 posts · Joined 2023 #7 · 25m ago The sway bar end links can make some weird noises, almost sounds like a bad upper strut mount sometimes or a rattle noise, depending on how bad they are.
