Steering wheel Button controls & Horn do not work

I have a 2014 dodge charger and the buttons on the left of the steering wheel, the horn, and the buttons on the back of the wheel do not work- The cruise control button on the right side does work. No lights on. Any idea?!

Could be a problem with the SCM (Steering Control Module) that is located near the top of the steering column below the steering wheel. Plug a scanner, that can read all modules/codes, into the car's OBD2 port and see if any Bxxxx body codes, Cxxxx chassis codes or Uxxxx communication codes are logged.
