Default Steering Wheel Alignment - How do you get it straight?

Well it seems that after I get the Jeep stuck in a pretty deep rut and had to winch out, the steering wheel is about 120 degrees out of alignment with the tires.

(ie" when the wheels are pointing straight ahead, the steering wheel is about 2/3rd's the way around counter clockwise - between the 7 & 8 o'clock position)

How do I straighten it back up?

eh that way works, but sometimes you can get too far out and not have a lot of engagement or have some weird steering issues. You probably could have taken the steering shaft loose and rotated it till it was more close to center then use the drag link to get the final bit. I dont know if the steering shafts on jeeps are one way or just grooved to go a bunch of ways.
