P0300 code and engine misfies

The old 3.5 V6 will run like that when the cam or crank position sensor is going bad (had that engine in my 2001 Chrysler 300M). Also, they do not like aftermarket cam sensors- eats them like candy (I would always keep a spare in the glove box) Also, many of the the cam sensors have a paper spacer attached to the end for setting clearance during installation--don't peel it off like I did on my 1st replacement sensor!

P0300 Multiple Cylinder Misfire will be logged when there are multiple cylinders misfiring or the PCM can not determine the specific cylinder that is misfiring. Are any other codes logged?

Is the car pointing uphill when it's parked and stutters to start up?

Ok, so after finding no solutions to the problem I decided to start back with the wiring harness grounds. There is a ground eyelet on the harness that goes in one of the transmission to engine bolts just above the starter. It appears my bottom side man missed this during engine installation and this was the problem. After installing this ground and resetting the codes I started the engine and all codes cleared except four O2 sensor codes. Ended up swapping out all sensors with zero effect and then was told I probably fried the PCM because of the missing ground wire. I received my new/used re-flashed "Plug and Play" PCM Friday and installed it this morning, cleared a long list of stored codes and everything is working as it's supposed to work.That was a tremendous amount of work, worry, and money for a missed ground.To all that assisted me in this I really do thank you for your help and suggestions.
