Why not take it to a dealer to at least get the problem put on your service record? You may be out of luck with the lemon law in Maryland if you wait to long:

"Maryland's Lemon Law applies to new or leased motor vehicles (including cars, light trucks and motorcycles), registered in Maryland, that are less than 24 months old and have been driven less than 18,000 miles."

 

The engine cradle is probably not correctly lined up with the body. I know a guy with a Challenger that had this problem. He had it aligned three times at Larry Miller Dodge and they couldn't fix it. They got with the factory and were told to loosen the bolts that hold the engine/suspension cradle to the body an re-align it, then do the wheel alignment. Apparently the cradle was out of alignment by just a bit over 1/8" and that was throwing everything off.

Anyway, it is worth having them check this out before you try to Lemon law it.

 

I had a customer with a 2006 Magnum SRT8 that was eating tires on the driver side. They got with Chrysler and unbolted the front frame. Got the frame back to where it should be and now he doesn't eat tires any longer. You probably have the same thing. Have them realign the front cradle/frame and then it will be adjustable.

For what it's worth, I'm on my second SRT. The first one saw a lot of track duty and never came out of alignment, even after taking many berms at speeds that would freak your girlfriend or mother out. Tires wore evenly even under extreme abuse. Factory alignment is pretty decent.

Generally speaking the folks at Dodge/SRT have been outstanding too me. I understand you're upset but let's be real, it don't qualify for a lemon law and I'm fairly certain it's fixable.

Remember, be nice, be patient and never throw stupid stuff around like 'lemon law' unless you actually understand what that means. Cause if you're going to spend the money to do that I bet you could drop $300 to a shop of your choose to do the work yourself.

Free oil change! OMG such a hardship...

 

This right here, only other front end adjustment besides toe from the factory; caster and camber are fixed unless aftermarket adjustable parts are installed (at least through 2014 that I know of).
