what is a price for a good auto turbo trans?
I found a tranny used, it has 54,000 miles.. The guy wants about $300 for it.
It is worth this much?

After I found out about the trans and the cars they came with, I found 3 that day.. I love learning....
Jeff, don't you have a custom built auto?
I had a few questions to ask.
What would I have to do to the auto to handle the power I am producing?
If you can give me details of what was done and why?
I assume my car is right around 300 to 350 HP..@ crank

What is a V6 drum? Brakes????

I think Mike made his automatic work himself and it holds up fine in his.. I wonder what he did...

the drums are inside the trans.. its where the clutches go and stuff. The V6 drum is bigger and can fit more clutches. Bolts right into the 4cyl 413. But you must make sure it came from a V6 413, not the computer controlled ones.
if you find a turbo mini trans, you'd have a nice platform. Probably would work fine how it is too

my tranny wasn't upgraded at all except i turned up the line pressure so it shifts harder the only thing done was a modified converter that's it if you pick up a turbo tranny and it only has 3 cluth packs i have a 4 pack set up and pump laying around you can have since i won't need it
