Default 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan Misfire

My mom's minivan is messing up. It seems to be missing extremely bad. Looked around on some other forums, and decided to come back to my home forum for help. I ran a scan on the computer, came up with "Multiple Misfire" "Cylinder 2,4,5,6 Misfire." It doesn't seem to be the fuel pump, because around 4,000rshared_pm is smooths out. I just changed the Ignition Coil, and the problem still exists. Does anyone have an idea as to what it could be?

fouled plugs from the previous ignition coil. try plugs/wires. if that fails look for a vacuum leak

plugs and wires woulda been a good choice if my dad didn't take it to a shop and them find out it was a broke valve spring exhaust side. =/
