what fluid do i use in my tranny
I have been useing 80-90 gear lube but when i just called to order some they told me i have to use atf+4 fluid even dodge told me to use that they said if i use that then i will have rough shifting but i shifted fine i just bought a new tranny thats the only reason why i worry i want it to be done right you know

ATF+4 is the correct fluid, gear lube is too think for how the internal parts are designed.

on the nsrt4 it calls for an atf+4 u will also need an lsd additive if u have an 04-05. or u can also use royal purple syncromax, u don't need the additive for it.

ok thanks thats helps alot i changed my fluid about 2 years ago and never had any problems with my tranny at all what does it do to the tranny
