Default aaahh! now its not running WTF!

i installed my 2.4 it started and reved no problems, i hooked up th turbo and took it down the rd slowly vecause the brakes arent working too good once again no problem but the boost pipes poping off all of a sudden it runs like crap...i figured id may be because i had no map clamp so i installed mine. it still ran like garbage but i was out of gas so i figured that was the problem....well today i put new gas in it and started it and still idles fine but when i give it gas it falls on its face and almost stalls out until i let off th throttle and it idles back fine??? cant figure it out i have a 1:1 and its set at 20 psi i tried moving the top bolt but it made no change in pressure (right now the intercooler is installed but not running into the motor. What else should i look at? its driving me nuts it was fine for so long but i couldnt drive because i had no axels and now i have the axels hooked up and it wont run good

OK before you blow up your motor what exactly do you have? Just the 1:1? I hope not.

225 pump spoolboy canister, ss feed to 23lb venom injectors, ss return to 1:1 and back to the tank, the 1:1 wont move ans stays at 20 psi. it ran fine before and i took it up/down the rd the last owner used this setup on 7psi with no proble,s

If I'm understanding this correctly, your motor is not seeing additional airflow, and you have a rising rate regulator hooked? Sounds like you may be flooding the piss out of the engine.

yep no additional airflow just running n/a with a aeromotive 1:1, what doesnt make sence when i 1st got it running it was fine even when i reved it to 7k now idles fine at 1-1.5k but anything highrt it boggs down....worst part i have a wideband but its not working it reads 50.x on the digital gauge (unless im really flooding it) but a good range i believe is 13ish

If you are that rich then you would see it and smell it. I would take the 1:1 out of the picture if you are not seeing boost, and block off the return line just to see what happens. Also 20Psi is not enough to run that engine. Sounds like you need to replace the regulator.

yeah theres no way its that rich, ill try blocking the return line. i have a cartech rrfpr ill wait a bit and get all the fittings for it and install

Yes the rrfpr would be a much better choice for running boost. I know there's a guy on floridaneons.org selling a MS unit if you are interested with that. I could also help you install it and setup if you need.

yeah im the same neondriver over on flneons. i just have to get the $$, my job has been sucking as of late
