so today i messed with the 1:1 and car ran like crap, got it from 19 up to 25 psi and it ran much better i turned the screw all the way down and no change and all the way up with no change. then all of a sudden i have 0 pressure and it wont srart so im thiking it may be the fuel pump(relay and fuse ok)

It could be which is why I said to take the 1:1 out of the picture, and test for fuel pressure.

yeah im thinking it has to be, i had no pressure this morning, changed out the 1:1 to a rrfpr and used quick start got it running but no matter what it wont go past 20 psi, i even blocked th return line and still stayed at 19-20 psi

hey wat up...im the guy that sold you the car and engine...i Vote on the fuel pump... it happened to me...faulty walboro...then i just bought a new one...i was gonna switch to one of them real expensive fuel pumps but...yea...anyway i had it at 25psi when i was running dsm 450's on it with stock computer, and when i had 230's in it... i had it 58psi...wat rate does the cartech rrfpr rise...cuz at 7lbs of boost with gt35r...and fuel pressure at 25psi ...it was beating stock srt4's...let us know wats up

yeah whats up, yep fuel pump(kind of) i dropped the tank and took out the canister, my car has the plastic tank vs. the 95 metal tank so i couldnt use the pump assembly that you had. turns out the feed and return line in my canister basically blew up,the pump was hardly getting any fuel out of the tank. the hose is only rated for 50 psi and i was pulling pieces from the canister. i replaced the hose and installed a rrfpr over the 1:1 you had installed and it started up and fuel rose to a little over 60 psi and the car ran good vs. before but once again after a cople min back to 0 psi and no start. i think the line that was used in the canister is not strong enough to hold the pressure. i havent had time to mess with it but on neons.org someone will make a return line style canister with all an fittings and good fuel line for $150
