Where can I find a shop that is experienced with SRTs??

where in brandon do you live, maybe I can come over and take a look to try and help you out, and unless something has dramatically changed at Brandon Dodge I would say stay away from there.

well....... my car is still at dodge and it about done. They had to replace the hub bearings on both the driver and passenger side and my pockets is looking slim right now.... Now I know why you shouldn't take it up there unless its under warranty!!!

I was referring to not taking it there even if you have warranty, hopefully you'll at least get a your problems resolved with all the work they have done and are doing. I would ask them to give you the parts that they replaced and if your problems doesn't go away then ask them to give you some of your money back depends on your deductible.

I never said all dealers, I actually use a dealership near the bucs stadium without giving them an advertising and I used to deal with brandon Dodge so I would say it's fair for me to make the statement based on my experiences.

Yeah problems resolved.....won't go back there. Do you (or anybody out there) know of any shops around the area that do quality work for cheap or at least for its worth that are in the area?? Brandon or Tampa.

I dont know of any personally... It's real tough to find a trustworthy shop, almost all of them are out there to rape you. Educate yourself, know the labor rate, how much per hour? going rate is 75-95, any more than that you are getting hosed. Know how many hours it should take, if those bearings take 1.5 hours per side by the book, and they charge you 3 hours per side then you are getting hosed. know how much the parts should cost. Call advance auto parts, napa or another dealer to find out how much they charge for the part. If the bearing is 150 bucks from another supplier and the shop is charging you 350 bucks per bearing you are getting hosed. The shop has a right to mark up the parts but If they are even coming near doubling the price of the part, they are hosing you. know those three things, you wont take a beating.
