S tech means Style master spring. Im not sure about using a style spring to solve braking at high speeds... besides, ive heard the spring rates suck, and basically they are used to "make the car handle better" which i doubt seriously they do any of, as i have been in a wrx with these springs, and my car on H&R springs was far superior... this is spring to spring... id say Eibach, i use these now, and they are also a good spring
