Default looking for a shop that can weld and fab mounts for a seat

i have a 93 honda accord and i have a apc bucket seat that comes with sliders. looks like all i need is to cut the mounting points off my stock seats and weld them to the new seat. looking for a shop that can install the seats for me in tampa.
