Default Anyone work/know someone at Firestone?

A few years ago I bought the lifetime alignment package for my car and the techs always used to say that my car wouldn't go up on the rack because it's lowered. I had to convince them that it would, but just barely make it up the ramp with minimal scrapping of the front bumper. I've since replaced the front bumper with one that sits lower, and am curious if anyone works or knows someone that works for Firestone that would be able to get my car up the ramps onto the rack. I have no problems tipping the tech for their help. Thanks!

Todd,
I work on slammed cars pretty often and I am a creative thinker. I have seen a similar challenge in getting a slammed car onto a trailer.
I've become pretty good at finding solutions.
Every problem has a solution if we step outside of the box.......

If I paid for their lifetime package, I would drive by the place where I wanted them to do the work and measure their ramp angles.

I would then make some plywood ramp "assistors" of my own, based on my measurements and slide them under the bed until I made my periodic trek down to Firestone.

If you need someone to go with you and make some ramps, PM me.-Bob

Much appreciated senor honda, but getting my car up onto the rack is only half the battle. The majority of the time, Firestone flat out refuses to touch my car since it's lowered, that's why I was hoping that I could speak to an employee before I take it there so that there wouldn't be any issues.

To eliminate excuses, pull the bumper before you go over there.
They can't say anything about it scraping when it's not there.-Bob

Regardless of the scraping issue, most alignment heads can't communicate with each other if the bumper fascia is in the way. Take it off, then go to Firestone.
