Default dialing in traction bars?

ok so i have a Jim Fab traction bar set-up on my EF. Now my question is, what is the correct way to "dial" them in for a drag race set-up.

now the car is a daily driver, and i love diving into turns, so i would kinda like to keep the ability to take a drive down some curvy roads, but still be able to cut good 60ft's at the track.

thanx in advance for any input.

rest of the suspension set-up is as follows:
tokico blues
skunk2 coilovers(unknown spring rates)
front upper strut bar
rear upper strut bar
C-pillar bar
rear lower tie bar
Jim Fab traction bar
suspension techniques front and rear 22mm sway bars

caster affects your turning ease/high speed stability.

since you mostly want a drag setup, you want more positive caster which improves stability.

is your car pulling to the left or right on the launch?

you want to preload the suspension for drag racing. This will make your wheel travel minimal. It depends on where you have them now,If they are in the middle start by pulling the wheel backwards,if that dont work go the other way. I did this along time ago to my roommates EK and i got it to where the ASS end of the car would sit down and no tire spin. It was pretty good for first gear rolls. This wasnt on no single cam either.

"traction bars" on front wheel drives should be called something else. They actually take the slop out of lower control arms, etc. more than increase traction.

I think it's more important to measure
how the ride height changes as the car rises off the line,............

and then adjust the suspension to keep the tires flat on the pavement for maximum grip..........

This will not be the same setup for a spirited drive through the turns, so remember how to swap it back when you leave the track.
