bill i would seriously have your new checked sooner or later. i have had reconstructive surgery on my right knee twice and just from the scar tissue alone it kills me to run. when i tore my acl i didnt do much more than you did but it was torn just the same. if you can afford it i say have it checked but until then i would not do anything over rambunctious with it.

I dont think Ive hurt this much since I tried using one of those damn ab roller things. Still though its fun Ive missed running. Anyone else here run and know of some decent scenic spots? Im sick of running around building complexes.

bill be one with the fat!!! be fat and happy like all us dsm guys!!

when nobodys looking i jump the fence at the usf track and
run there. i LOVE running on that track. The rubberized
surface is nice to my weak cracka knees. Sure its not so
scenic- so just bring a hot large-breasted chick. . . .

Thanks to science there are pills which greatly aid weight reduction and give you a nice kick in the ass on those days when you want to do some hard-core cardio.

Swim? I dont believe that. I think you just quietly blend in with the bottom of the pool waiting for any asian babes to pass by. When one does you quickly jump to the surface and introduce yourself...
