Thank god its not mine. I think high boost levels on a road coarse and a spun rod bearing was the reason in that car. That is the nastiest looking rod ever.

 

Jeese guys Im worried about the car enough as it is I dont need to see these things.
Unless one of you guys has a spare car I have no choice but to drive it till fri. night. So I am just praying it holds together till then. Im not going over 3k rpms which limits my top speed to 60 mph but I cant hold it steady there I have to speed up and slow down to keep it from knocking as much.
On the bright side I get a nice rebuilt motor in a couple weeks maybe a month.

 

I have a piece of shit Teal car you can putz around in. It knocks leaks oil welded the viscous coupler together on its very own by my cheap ass running old tires in front and new in the rear. Oh yeah and its missing all of the interior so bring a milk crate to sit on.

 

I would seriously drive it if there was a seat in it. The previous times my car has gone down I have borrowed an 86 dodge Diplomat with a dog ass slow 318 rated at 150 hp at the crank an aries K car and a 68 chrysler newport station wagon. I dont care what it runs like as long as it will get me to work and back till i get something else running.

AAAgggghhhh this is the reason I bought the truck so I would have a back up vehicle but of course the car would break down b4 I get the truck running.

 

Well folks Its DEAD. just stalled out nice and gentle like in the middle lane of US 19 southbound at Sunset Pt. Rd. waiting for the light to turn green. All things considered it was probably best that it died at idle wouldnt want the tires to keep turning the engine after it siezed.
John and I are gonna rip into it a little tonight to see just how bad it is Ill post an update when I get home.

on a slight up note I did get approved for a small loan so the car will see the light of day again.
