Well I think it is time to venture out and look for another job.

Is anyone here particularly good at editing and proofreading resumes? I'm finishing up a first draft of my resume renovation and need someone to look it over to give me an honest opinion. I'm very critical of myself, so right now I think the whole thing just sucks.

<--- background... evey job I submitted for, called me for an interview.... every interview, they made an offer...

 

Its a senior analyst postition in market research for a bay area real estate company (I think, doesn't give info on the company). Think I may be just a tad inexperienced, but I know I can do the job.

For the last time I have been promised something, then later been taken away by my "bosses". Tired of being promised shit that never happens, particularly since I bust my ass for them. "We look at providing you this training/education as a means of compensating you." Now they hire an intern who is going to do what I was supposed to get trained to do. Assholes.

Should be interesting since they seem to take me for granted. I am the only person there who understands how to use our online survey software. Without me, they are fucked. I'm not the kind of person to fuck people over, but my buttons are being pushed as of late.

 

I am one door down...managed to make my crappy resume golden with a little (ok, alot) of help from Maite. Killer results thus far.

 

Maybe we should post resume's and let people have a shot at some creative consrtuctive criticism

 

Good idea. Is there anyway to post up a Word document? The format of the resume is a big deal, and I think putting up a text format reallly doesn't portray the resume well.
