well at least you saw him do it and the insurance will cover it. we have the unpleasant fortune of hainv got pay for all the damages some fucker did to the element, including our deductible and our insurance gets to go up. 4500 in body work, and they are replacing the motor (cracked radiator + 30 miles=blown head)... and i already tried to get a tsx k24, no go. so i tried for a tsx short block... no go. we are getting a used k24 from god knows what, but with less than 10k miles on it.
