TR Pimp Pad #2
Well... all this talk about houses made me envy for one... so.....
I am putting a deposit on a new home tomorrow!
I didn't mean to... I was just browsing over the last few months... but I found what i wanted, so I figured I had better get it....
The short details are:
3/2/2 on a lake with a 20X10 lanai...
It's in the first phase of the community, so it'll be about 8-9 months of progress...
I'll be doing a pimp pad report as the time moves on...

Congrats. Buying a home is definately one of the best decisions anybody can make. Specially if you are buying in a new community or an up and coming area. It has definately been the best decision I ever made. I coudn't be happier.
I would have given you the TR special for using me as your agent. Oh well.

Its all good... this was kind of an 'educated impulse' buy, I was looking more just to look, but the setup was EXACTLY what I stated I wanted over two months ago... so I knew better then to let it pass me up...
