I would have gone Seven Oaks... but the only builder in there right now below $250K is KB and we all know KB is shit... The next step up was to much $$$

So.... I am just down the road from you Jeff...

New community that just barely has the land cleared... Bridgewater.

It's not even listed on the builder's sites yet...
