Am I the only one that gets irritated when I see people type "loose" and use it like "lose"??? For example, your car will loose to me. Maybe they tought me wrong in school and I'm the retarded one.

 

The following improper word usages also annoy the shit out of me:

then vs. than
too vs. to vs. two


Lately, a client misspelled my name in an email. Usually I let it slide, but when she is replying from an email from Alan, whose email address is Alan@schwartzresearch.com ....it tends to annoy me greatly.

 

My personal favorites are "mah" for my, "ur" for your or you're, "da" for the, and "cuz" for because.

 

I almost forgot to mention how the word "stuffs" drives me absolutely insane.

 

you're just not drifter/jdm enough, that's all.

 

Yeah. I'm just bitter because my once cam hachi Mustang doesn't have enough stuffs to dori.

 

I hate the your/you're misuse. ARGH!
