Landlord was pretty decent. Told him we'd give him January rent and our keys...he said "fine". He is also giving us back our security deposit once the apt rents out to someone else. So total monetary loss of only $400, and no shit stain on my credit (hopefully).

I guess it will be kinda nice living on my own. Something I haven't truely done before since I've always had a roommate.

I lived alone in my condo for a while Alan. It was really cool but got boring after a while. I eventually let a good friend of mine and his gf move into the other bedroom since they needed a place to live. It's nice to have people to talk with once in a while.

ya i lived alone for like 6 months in a 2 bed/2 bath, and I got bored as hell so I had my friend Jenna move in, things definitely got more fun...

I lived alone for 2 yrs in college. It was nice because everything was always how I wanted it. But it's kinda nice having a roommate now, plus its nice not having to pay all the bills by myself.
