I have been on all side of the fence when it comes to this, I have even been the other guy, lol! Break the lease you will hate her the first time you here the headboard knocking! I agree with what has been said. If she suggested it, its pretty much done with. I would try and get out of that lease ASAP.

yep, i'd gtfo that lease and dont let her try to talk you into keeping it, the only reason she would is if its helping her out somehow... (ie. you paying alot of the rent, or something cause you are such a nice guy)

i have to agree as well, her suggesting you to see other people is her "nice" way of saying she doesnt want to be with you anymore. it hurts, its happened to me before, just be glad it happened now and not after you married her. if she was "relationship material" and really cared and loved you she would stick with you through thick and thin and suggest ways to mend the relationship, not see other people. people give up to easy now-a-days, instead of fixing problems they just want to forget about them and leave them behind.

This week we talk to our landlord to see what the assraping will be. The lease was a generic Office Depot template, so it says the landlord may charge the remainder of a years rent for early termination. If thats the case, we're stuck.
