8k looking for a nice DD

Like the titles says looking for a nice DD. Have roughly 8k to play with

No bikes
No trucks

4 door would be great but open to really anything.

Really interested in TL RSX TSX 06 CIVIC SI but I'm open to all offers

The more factory the better but I can deal with mods no biggie.
