Are you certain its a pressure plate missing teeth? sounds like bad syncros to me, ussually if a pressure plate is missing "teeth" or fingers it will either grind into every gear or not go into any gear at all. If a syncro is bad it will grind unless you wait a second after shifting out of the previous gear or if you rev match it it should go in smooth if its a syncro but would make no difference if it was a pressure plate.
id trade but youd either have to throw in cash or fix the grinding. GLWS car looks very nice, and at a good price.
