ttt make offer on a car with the motor 1/2 apart

i did notice with the heads off all cylinders are nice and clean with all cross hatching showing. heads are ready to go back on. just needs a few parts to be a great car...if i ever get the time i just need to spend about $300 and i can have it up and running again.....then the price goes back up.
