I was in the same boat, but decided to say screw it, you only live once, put in 60hrs a week at work to bring home some $1k/wk paychecks for a year, put $500/wk in a seperate bank acct, and now I finally have money to buy a house in a few months, and I'm building my toy (damn turbo hondas, bleh). put in some hours, and keep this beautiful car!!!!

I neglected to mention also. For those of you unfamiliar with NISTUNE, it has a feature called "auto-tune" where you set your target AFR numbers, and using a specially created serial cable, you link in the AEM Wideband O2 Sensor, and go drive around.

I have and will provide all of the documentation on how this works to the buyer.
