ahh ill throw it out there, i have a 2004 Tiburon SE GT 6spd, full leather, tuscani front seats, rebadge kit from dealer and painted stock rims with new falkin tires. Cars silver with black wheels

Has some light paint fade on front bumper and rear wing, bought the car that way and was 1 week past warranty on paint. priced it out, most places want 200 buks and the car for a few hours to fix

somebody asked me how the process works and i typed some of this out in the PM...i decided i should post it in here so if anybody is wondering about what the hell im talking about or if they want to do it too...just so everybody knows, with this method THE CAR WILL STAY IN THE SELLER'S NAME....and theres more details about this below. (its been edited a bit, as i was talking about a bike in the PM)

you can print out most of the legal papers and stuff from the link below...but basically you will leave the car in your name...draft a contract (theres a template you can use on that site) and have it notarized along with the limited power of attorney. the power of attorney gives whoever is making the payments on your car the legality to drive it and it should be attached to the registration. when i do it i am going to have an attorney look over the contract in front of myself and whoever is letting me take over the payments, and then having us both sign it in front of him and have him sign it as a witness...i dont think you have to do that but i would to be safe. what you put in the contract is basically that after a certain amount of payments or when the car is paid off the owner of the vehicle (who the car is registered to) will then sign the title over to the new owner (the person who's been making the payments). and if the person who is making the payments goes into default (misses a payment) the car is then returned to the owner (the person who is on the loan) without any reimbursement to the person making the payments...as it is THEIR fault they did not make the payment. you get the car back and then you are both on your own ways.

the insurance can work in two ways...one way is to put the person making the payments on your insurance and have them pay you the additional amount added to your monthly payment (or premium)...or have them put you on their insurance as a non-driving additional insured. the loss payee on the insurance will be the lein holder. ummm if the person who is taking over your payments gets pulled over or something like that while driving the car then the only penalties will be put onto his license...not your car(since it is in your name) but the limited power of attorney shows that he is legally allowed to drive that car...that's why you have to get it notarized. and you can get anything notarized at like the ups store or something for a few bucks.

How To Buy A Car With Little Or No Credit

for those of you wondering why anyone would do this...its because THEY HAVE HAD CREDIT PROBLEMS IN THE PAST AND CANNOT GET APPROVED THROUGH A BANK/LENDER/DEALER/ETC. if you are going to let somebody take over your payments make sure you do a background check, a driving record check, a proof of income (MINE IS $5000-$7000/MONTH...I CAN PROVE IT AS WELL), proof of employment (call their boss), i honestly would ask them what they are doing at the moment (school, work, both? etc), ask them what happened that forced them into the credit situation they are in....and have a face to face meeting with them...you can usually tell if they are sketchy or whatever...but you have the legal stuff to fall back on...HAVE EVERYTHING NOTARIZED!!!!....go to the link above for more info...theres some stuff i didnt mention that is mentioned on there....
