yeah its a 99 ...didnt know how to change the title...also i talked with the seller the other day he sold it so im sol and looking for a bike still

your right that is a really good deal...but the guy who was selling it was going to let me make a big down payment and pay a big monthly payment...is he willing to do that?

If that guy is willing to let you make payments, he is a dumbass. If you wreck it and stop paying, he is screwed. He'll have to go to court and spend big $$$ on a lawyer to "TRY" and make you pay. Even if he wins, enforcing the judgement is next to impossible.

he isnt dumb, it would be sold with a contract and he would hold the title. plus im not the kinda guy to dip out on payments! btw he sold it before i picked it up so its all good.........this is an old thread

if u wanna make payments get a loan from the bank, if your credit sucks either save or buy osmehting you can afford
