agreed the new 600RR or the preceding 600F4i were VERY stout lil bikes.

Really?
Yeah...my last bike was a 1997 kanotuna 600.
It was my first bike...and pretty quick...but not all that fast.
The thought did cross my mind about the newer 600's being quicker than my old crappy kanotuna. Im just wondering how much faster.

Anyone have a R6, F4, or GSXR600/750 that they are willing to let me test drive?

Im thinkin unless I can find a cheaper 929, I may just go with a newer 600.

Any thoughts/comments???

R6's run a 10.8 with a good rider.

And they have crazy turning ability.

That is a good idea, the newer 600's are amazing bikes. You will have to work more to get the speed out of it but you will become a better rider and you will have a lot of fun.

Dont forget that the new 600's still put down 100rwhp completely stock. Any of them will be much faster than your 600 katana. If you have your motorcycle license you can go test ride at a dealership.

Good Luck and let us know what you decide

yeah go with a 600 CBR those are blazin quick and handle amazingly well. the F4i was a great bike but so were the ones before it like the F3 really there is virtually NO reason you cant be absloutely happy with a 600

hell if you get too bored with it then GO TURBO

there is a reason that 600's beat all the bigger bikes on road courses.....think about it

Hey Gibbon...you would probably know this...
What year did honda start putting digital speedos on the CBRs?
Or do they even have them on CBRs?
Also, whats the main difference between a F4 and an F4i?
