Yes, racers wear full leather and crash 150+ mph wrecks with no injuries whatsoever. Without leathers you would be ALL RASHED UP

First of all, I only read the first and last pages, and assumed she was on a streetbike because she said left the driveway. Big deal my error! For me to suggest on wearing gear makes me a squid? Please explain, I would love to hear this from an EXPERIENCED rider such as yourself.
Lol yea they where full leathers, slide long distances... But you also forget they get all fucked up if they rag doll... Also there are not many stationary objects on a track (other then walls) so the chances are much higher of survival VS real world....

No you telling her to wear full leathers to ride a quad makes you a squid... Plus the fact you blow in here and do nothing but creep people out and stir shit... And who the hell said Morty was a EXPERIANCED rider as you say... I see no self proclaimed statements of glory at all...

And yes, you skimmed through a thread despite not reading it, Your basically being that guy who walks up middle converstation heres a few words and interjects his statement that has fucking nothing to do with the topic... Life doesnt start and stop at your will....

I commend her perseverance, and her wanting to get back on. But it just seems like shes always getting hurt. You think that would indicate to you, that maybe you're not as good as you think you are and you're over riding, or you just weren't meant to be riding quads.

Im not trying to undermind your tenacity or anything, but common sense should say that when you're always down, maybe its time to find a new hobby, or at least slow down the pace you're running at.

Thanks DR for the damage control. Damn, should've had my leathers on.

JH, please don't open your mouth before you know what you're talking about. In 2 years of being on the dirt, I've had a bad concussion, bumps and bruise, and a sprained wrist. Then this ACCIDENT happened. Shit happens. I wasn't riding out of my realm, please come to the track, watch me ride and then you'll realize that I wasn't riding over my head when I was going down the driveway and out to the street in 2nd gear.

The wreck two weeks prior to this, was in no way my fault. I was a passenger on a friend's bike and his dumb ass stood it straight up when leaving QSL. I hit the ground, and got up and ran out of the road under my own will & walked away. Yeah I could've gotten run over and seriously hurt but I didn't. So please learn your facts about me getting hurt and almost killing myself soooo many times for riding over my head.

And Justin, yeah, I'm gonna ride again. I have a new quad sitting in the stable waitin for me. You guys can talk shit about how dumb it is for me to get back on, but this is something I love & enjoy, & do pretty well at. I want to race nationally next year so once I'm better, I'll start getting back in shape to where I was at before. Anyone who has an issue with that, wellllll I don't really care I'll just wear my leathers next time. lol.

I hope that person is no longer your friend. And furthermore, don't ride with squids. If I were ever on the back of a bike for some ungodly reason (its happened before) and the rider rode like a jackass, I might be more than a little bit upset. How someone can be such a stupid human being as to show off with someone hanging on for dear life on the back of their bike is completely and utterly beyond me.

I never told her to wear leathers on a quad. I assumed she was on a street bike. If she is riding hard on a quad it would be wise to invest in gear, theres a ton of off road gear like chest and back bracing, elbow, shin gaurds, high quality boots.

How am I stirring up stuff in here? By me telling her to wear some gear and protecting herself so next time she crashes her injuries will not be so bad. You guys calling me a squid doesnt phase me

Just chill out, dude. Shes posted pictures of her at her dirt parks - girl is armored from head to toe. This didn't occur during any type of exhibition.

Dude just shut up. You're digging yourself in a hole.
I wear gear when I ride... but no I don't typically gear up completely when going down the driveway and back.
$500 helmet, $600 boots, $400 neck brace, $100 chest pro. I think I'm covered when I'm at the track. I wear all my shit and buy top quality gear to make sure my head and neck are safe.

I wasn't really implying your crash with the person on the bike. So that argument is kind of null and void. That just seems like bad luck on your part.

But really, I mean get all huffy and puffy and be a fiesty hooker. I could care less. I just threw my .02 cents out there about your injuries. Its OBVIOUS you WERE outside your skill level on the flat track quad when you crashed it. Otherwise, you wouldn't look like a sew up rag doll with your scars and rash, and major bodily injury. All people who crash in instances like that, are either in over their head, or outriding their skill. I've been there and done that.

If you die, or are a vegetable the rest of your life, its no sweat off my back or no second thought in my head. Im not the one fucking you, marrying you, or paying your medical bills, so I could care less about whatever demise you reach. But like I said, im throwing my .02 cents out there, and was just asking a question out of curiousity.
