just get a lawyer to wright a letter for you 1st telling him about how your going to take him to court and he is going to be responsible for paying you other fee's besides the original 400. see if that helps. but if he is a 19 year old punk i'm guessing it wont..

two issues i see here, well #1 it's Write Not Wright.
The other is for a lawyer to draw up a legal document it usually costs between $75-$150 (even if its just a notice) now say it's about $100 (1/4 of the final purchase price of the item)...He wouldnt get that money back in court. He'd get the money for taking it to court and for the part itself. If i'm wrong about this i'm sorry but this is how it worked when I went to court when my 110cc pocket bike got stolen.

i have had letters written for no cost at all, cause they knew if that didn't work i was going to hire them to take it to court...

 

what'd you go to court for cum dumpster? I didnt take mine to small claims because when he got charged with GTA (Russell Stender) they ordered him to pay restitution. But I called multiple lawyers with the same responses from them.

So I take your not answering me as acknowledging that you knew there was a problem with the motor when you sold it to me. Attached is a photo of the crank in the motor, the bearing spun and ate the fuck out of the crank and can bet it had a wonderful knock. As per the machine shop I dropped it off at today its going to cost me 1287.00$ for parts and machine work, I appreciate that. I hope you feel good about ripping me off, Its ok man because I believe in Karma and that it will come back to get you in the long run. Like I said you have the option to make this right before I start taking actions to resolve this, all I ask is for you to do is paypal me back 200$ and will let this go. In the end its up to you, but as I said before I took your word on this engine being good and also told me you belive its been rebuilt or replaced, Well the amount of carbon build up under the intake its self tells me its not been replaced or rebuilt at all and is a high mileage motor. So lets see how much your word means to you.
