I saw a Triumph dealership just outside of San Francisco that rents new Triumph Bonnevilles. That'd be way more fun on twisties than a HD.

i completely agree. rode a bonneville a year ago and it was a blast. very comfortable , quiet and plenty of power for someone like me.

if they do rent triumph motorcycles, then i highly recommend the speed triple or daytona 675.

It's on! I'm putting on new rubber and shipping it out. Sux that I'll have to wear a helmet at all times but it's for a good reason.

I've only driven it around Daytona and Ormond area but I wouldn't even bother, it's traffic made up of vacationers who don't know where they're going and are sight seeing.

It's pretty scenic...but gets boring quickly when the traffic backs up. I was there this summer. That salt air off the ocean wreaks havoc on bikes too.
