tell them its your only transportation to get to work and make a living, go to the police station and get the exhaust checked (it would be better if it has stock exhaust still) they have a decimal reader or what ever they use to check it and when they say its legal, show you condo people tell them you know the rule was made to keep loud ass biker gangs out but you bike is noise legal and you need it, tell them your not going to be having friends with bikes over and maybe cover it when you park it out side tell them old people will think its a barbeque or something with a cover on it and i would add something like it was my twin brothers bike and he died of something horrible and this bike is all i have of his, he loved it and so do i. good luck i would move if i could keep my bike

I parked mine inside my apt for years without an issue. Also, I believe that it's illegal per fire code if there's gas in it.

i think it's illegal in an appartment complex even if it doesn't have gas in it...because it's a vehicle and they can spontaniously combust due to electircal problems, etc....or some shit like that
