I gotta move down there and get my bike fixed ASAP then! This sounds like some good old fashioned fun.

Been a while since I whored some pics. Here:

Buddy of mine pressure washing my driveway.

And for some reason 99% of the pics in this thread of my bike are the stator side, so here's the clutch side:

The reason the bike was out in the street was because my buddy and I got to work on the garage. I still haven't officially moved down there yet but I've been down there a few days a week working on the house. This week was the garage's turn. Wish I took some before shots but here's what we've got so far:

^Our work was fueled by beer of course so by nightfall we just ended up garage monkeyin' it up (chairs).

^Future site of my work bench. Got a ceiling fan ready to go and shop lights on the way.

^This wall will be covered in peg board to stylishly store the plethora of motorcycle parts I seem to be collecting.

^And finally we went ahead and set up our manly laundry nook.

is there a screen or anything on those X styled bricks in your garage? I keep looking at that thinking you're going to have a ton of wasp finding their way in.

No there's not, you can see all the mud dobber nests I knocked off the wall there. I'll be blocking them off before the pegboard/slotwall goes up...stupid 70's houses.

I was looking through LGH's build thread and saw he had an update for changing his oil in there.

Just wanted to let you guys know I changed my oil last Saturday as well as flushed my coolant. Sorry, no action shots though!

So when I had my bike painted I was torn as to whether or not I should paint the little frame cover pieces of plastic. I wanted to because in my head I thought it would look good but ended up not doing it because I couldn't find a pic of a bike that had been painted where they painted these pieces.

Also, because the pieces have multiple surfaces I didn't know how it'd look if they were painted.

Well I saw this on craigslist last night and now it's really got me thinking, I still have plenty of paint left over and it's two bolts per side that hold these on so it would be really easy.

In the last pic you can see the edges I was worried about but I don't think it looks bad.

What do you guys think? It kind of messed up the lines a little in my opinion but I think it looks good. Painted would spray them for me for free and it'd take me about a minute to pull them both off.

Hmmmmm.

I don't know what you're talking about. Frame cover?
