I completely agree that you should get the $70 back. But the gas money (or "S&H") is an inherent risk in buying anything online.

I am not going to read every post tonight, but you said you think it is funny how I came and made a thread without telling you? wow dude it was your idea to do, not only that but it is not private, you can find it the same as everyone else in this thread did, not only that but I was going to send you the link but I have been in and out in a hurry because I work as I told you before, my life does not revolve around a pipe that I spent half the money in gas to sell, any way, it is hard to tell from the pictures but it does not look like it lines up rite in the pix, not sure why beecause the pix that you claim you never seen clearly show it on the bike, half of this forum can clearly tell you it worked on the bike, that is why I suggested your subframe is bent, either way not only did you see pix and see it in person prior to buying it you decided to buy it after seeing the "small" dent that btw was not nearly that big when it was sold to you. I love how you change everything around in here, that is why I clearly posted the pm's instead of just claiming what was said.

also I never said I would not come instal it, I clearly said a hundred times I would, I am just not going to drop everything and run 6 hours away(round trip) to baby you, you say you will pay me but where is my guarantee in that? Also in your pics your subframe is only bolted on on the top and not the bottom, maybe you should line your subframe up and then instal it, and you say it wont fit with the subframe off? Wtf are you doing? I could fit a damn civic exhaust on my bike with the subframe off, if you cant get it with the subframe off your really doing something wrong. Is that even a cbr your trying to instal it on?

please look at the passenger peg hangers, this is the only way to tell what year subframe is on the bike, these are the 03 hangers, they DO NOT FIT THE 06 SUBFRAME,

Now here is the 06 passenger hangers, THEY WILL NOT FIT ON THE 03 SUBFRAME, as you can clearly see, the pipe was on the same subframe, so how the fuck does it hit yours and not the other bikes it was on?
