Ok so I have a great trader rating on every site I sell and try to keep it that way, but some people use that as black mail, my question is this, where do you draw the line on working with them and just say fuck you?
I sold an exhaust to a guy who offered way less than my asking price, told everyone else it was sold so that he could get it when they were also interested, then I tell him where to meet and he bitches about gas and having driven so far even though this is tampa racing not orlando racing so if your on here be prepared to go to tampa AND surrounding areas, but w.e I drive an hour to meet this guy, then he says oh I didnt know it had a small dent even though the post clearly says it, so he gets his phone out, goes to this forum and the other forum and reads both threads and says oh it does say it but I disagree with the size description of the dent, w.e so I knock some money off at his request, then he buys it, goes home then tells me it does not fit and he wants his money back AND his gas money, even though it clearly fit on every other bike and I have pictures of it on and a thousand witnesses with it on and opperating perfect, so I tell him I will work with him and help diagnose the problem and get it on there properly, dude just keeps insisting that I drop everything and drive to orlando and install it for him or give him his money back plus 50 bux for gas here to buy and 50 bux for gas here to return. I do not want my trader rating slammed but I have been more than fair, what should I do?

I can not find a phone, I am home alone, there is no one with a phone. I could be a dick and say the pipe is fine and I do not need to do shyt, I had 2 threads about it which you viewed countless times including while you were standing there with me, you got it for way less than I was asking and I drove an hour to deliver it, if you can not figure out how to install it then that is your problem, but I have a 100 percent feed back on here and the site you viewed the other thread so I am trying to get to the bottom of your complaint to keep you satisfied but yet you have an attitude for something that honestly is not my problem, I am willing to come to an agreement but calm the tude down, it cam off a cbr and that is what you should be trying to put it on, also it clearly worked on both bikes I had it on with no issues what so ever and there is a ton of people that can vouch for that so what could be wrong with it now?


im not trying to play this shared_pm game when this can be settled in 5 mins on the phone. the bends are not the same. I want a refund plus my gas money or you come get it from me. problem solved. I know how to install a pipe im not a moron. So whats your suggestion to fixing the issue? and dont come up with all this you took less then what you wanted you said 100 obo i said 75 you said yes with out a problem. you mis represented the description of it, and all i asked was for a 5$ discount. it dosent fit the bends are not correct the exhaust wont fit with the subframe unbolted. i hope to hear from you to get this resolved.

install the pipe and send me pix, I do not know when I will have a phone, I am at home with no phone now, I will not be around anyone until tomorro, at that I am not sure what time or who I will be with to use their phone, it dud not hit the bottom of the subframe, you must not have it all the way down. You probably have it to high on the headers, push it down, and your good to go. Also did you ever push the muffler all the way down on the mid pipe? That will not make it hit the subframe but still needs to be done. Maybe the muffler is a little turned on the midpipe, I meen dude it came off the same bike, play with it a little, do not just give it a quick try and then shared_pm me wanting your money back.


im installing the 2 pipes separate.

your not doing something rite, it was on my bike with no issues, bring the bike and the pipe and I will install it, that is the best I can do.

install them together, as one piece, take the driver right rearset off, make sure the muffler is not turned on the mid pipe, make sure it is all the way down, put the pipe in, you should not have to have the subframe off, I am not sure what you are talking about other than that, I meen it is not that hard and im sure you have some mechanical inclination according to you saying you worked on your jardine, honestly bro it was on my bike, it was on there with no problem, there is no difference unless YOUR SUBFRAME IS BENT, was the bike ever in a crash? Ever layed down? I am trying to help you resolve this but there is no way in hell it does not fit.

bike was layed down but nothing is bent. it was layed 4 years ago.

Are you one million percent sure the subframe is not bent? When it got layed down what pipe was on it?

bike wasnt wrecked it was dropped. its not my bike but i know that it was dropped . Stock is what came off. So lets get this settled im not trying to do Pm tech support. i want this settled.

so when the bike was "dropped/wrecked" 4 years ago the stock pipe was on it? just a simple yes or no will work, I am trying to settle it but your thinking I can just leave work and drive to orlando to instal a damn pipe at the drop of a dime is crazy. Again for the 3rd time the stock exhaust came off the bike. That is the only exhaust that has ever been on the bike. The stock exhaust has never been removed. Also you say you work 2 jobs and I understand that but you are yet to say yes or no to my question of sheathed you would like to pay me the 70 plus the 15 for my gas and I give you the exhaust back or if you would be willing to come here and I pay you to install the exhaust that you say should fit no problem. Unless you know of another solution those Are my offers that I can think of to come to a resolution.

well I am not giving you gas money that is out of the question, if you can not figure out how to instal it I MAY decide to just pay you the 70 back but im not paying you gas money, at that I may not even give you the 70 back I may give you half or a bit more than half because I know what bike it came off, I also know that retailers charge restocking fees and basically I could just say sorry dude I know it will fit now leave me alone and that would be final but I am willing to work something, I just know that I am the one inconvenienced either way so a restocking fee or w.e you choose to call it is not unreasonable, but like I said that is just a maybe, I am willing to come install it but I can not just drop everything to do so, also I had it for sale on here and another forum, there is still plenty of interested buyers, ALL OF WHICH ARE WILLING TO PAY MORE THAN YOU DID, so I can just give you their info and let you sell it to them so I do not have to ride to orlando and get it just to drop it off at the post office. There is 3 solutions, but here is the thing, I am willing to bet your subframe is bent, if you never had another exhaust on it other than the one that was on when it "dropped" than the exhaust probably bent with it and that is why you never noticed. Now that you have a different exhaust and it isnt working your blaming an exhaust that was clearly working on every other bike it has been on. Look for other solutions than just saying the pipe is wrong, I tried to help you trouble shoot but you do not seem to be interested in that, I think what happened was you thought about the dent and decided you didnt want it and are not willing to do the work to fix it, or you really did buy it for a friend and he does not like the dent, either way those are not my error.

Wow. Ok just tell menif your coming to install or not. If your not then that's cool, but I will let both forums know of what's going on. And let them see who is in the wrong. If you are then you can keep your good name on the forum, I won't mention if again and we go on with our lives. I have no reason to lie to you the subframe is not bent it is not even on the bike and it still dose not fit. I told you this befor. As for a restocking fee that must be a joke. Ur not a business. trader rep doesn't mean much of anything if its only one or 2. and even less if its a local cash deal. unless you sell a lot of stuff where it has to be paid for up front on like paypal then shipped to another state, I wouldn't give a shit about my trader rating.
