well this morning on my way to work some guy decided to cut off the truck infront of me almost hitting him, the truck infront of me slam his breaks causing me to do the same except my front and back breaks locked up and i lost it, i got a broken finger, road rash on my knees and my front fairing and right fairing are both pretty much done, funny thing is after all of this im the one that gets the careless driving when it wasent even my fault, wasent speeding or anything! idiot florida drivers

yea i had my gear on thank god i roll down the road 6 times then i slid on my belly prob 10 feet i was doing 50mph!

get a good lawyer, hope he can get the ticket thrown out and then atleast get once of their insurances to atleast cover your med bills.

I would deft get to working on having the careless charge reduced to something else. That wont look good on your record.
