^+1, even if its only a 30 second ride. I refuse to look at another bike until I get my next lid. I had a lid before I had my 929 too. And when I wrecked, I was glad I was wearing one. My head bounced around a few times off the asphalt...

The only time I don't wear a helmet is when I get my haircut. I don't want all that extra hair in my helmet, I wear it to the hair cut place then only on the way home do I not wear it. Other than that I always wear my helmet if I am going more than 2miles away from my house.
