i think the closed loop is genius and its good for guys like me with an open system. im gonna buy one soon for the whip its made by Terry Comp. its 500 bucks. I think its worth it. You never have to dyno your bike and it makes adjustments no matter what mods you do to the bike. Might not get the power you would from a mapped fi system but thats one setting.

 

did you see the price difference between the 1098 and the 1098R ?
and the "R" is the competitor for the new 1krr !

save your money and go with the honda, It really all comes down to rider,
99% of us will never get to use all the potential of these bikes on the street
(trust me I've tried) lol
