1krr vs 1098? that's not a hard decision.

High maintenance vs lower maintenance, high hp vs medium hp, inline4 vs twin, 16k vs 13k.

If you don't have the money for the bad ass 1098 then get the 1KRR. Pretty easy decision.

I'm positive the power of both bikes will exceed your riding ability and as I said before, if you can afford the bad ass 1098 then you can afford the maintenance. However, I do think that some people blow the demands of the Ducatis (mechanically) out of proportion.

If I had the money for the Duc... I'd get the Duc.... not a hard decision for me.

That is some trick shit there with the closed loop system. But a bit too much money when bikes will soon have this shit from the factory.

I can only think of the benefits being marginal on the street. Too MotoGP-ish IMO. Give me throttle control, I don't need no stinking riding aids.

idk man 900 bucks is cheaper than buying a new bike, esp one that's not even out yet. The traction control seems like it would be cool to have if you get a little too cocky on the street where you've got more on the line.

You're lucky we're friends.

Seriously though, pussy mode makes as much power as a GSXR750!
