lmao...no, if you act like shit is about to hit the fan, they will park a couple blocks away, wait for a 3rd or even 4th unit to arrive as backup...in this case possibly more, and THEN go on-scene. your talking a number of minutes that this will be taking place.

also, you pulling a weapon such as a gun, would put you in jail at this point if they are unarmed. you can use a gun to prevent a FORCIBLE felony and to protect your homestead. even though they are stealing your bike, you are not on it, and they have not forced you in an undesirable manner to take your bike. you may meet force with force, if one attacks you with their fists and nothing else, holster your weapon. if they all attack, or they are armed, by all means protect yourself as you have no duty to retreat.

people are also not all good shots...better be prepared to answer for your actions should your bullet not find its intended target.
