ya but again if its a normal domestic..they have taken up to 30mins to come on scene believe it or not (with calls ive run)..when we have had shootings and stabbings and such they are on scene before we are in the area(not always)..if you keep the bike on you property and they come on your property..i would have no shame in pullin my gun..granted apartments are different..park it inside..lol

...also, you pulling a weapon such as a gun, would put you in jail at this point if they are unarmed. you can use a gun to prevent a FORCIBLE felony and to protect your homestead. even though they are stealing your bike, you are not on it, and they have not forced you in an undesirable manner to take your bike. ... people are also not all good shots...better be prepared to answer for your actions should your bullet not find its intended target.
When these idiots rob people they must believe that most people don't have guns or are a bad shot? I believe most people who legally own guns know how to shoot. I'm a good shot. My best friend is practically a sniper with a 9mm.... a robber would be fukd.

Dam that sucks dave, But like sneakin deacon said you should just get a couple red head cement anchors and make an anchor point. All you would have to do is buy the anchors maybe 15$,rent a bulldog cement chipper 30$ and fab somthin up , it would be the cheapest insurance you have ever invested in. 9 times outta 10 if you make it complicated for the thief they will just move on to the next dum dum two blocks away.
