Nope, I just think sport bike riders that bitch about a $1000 fine for 50mph over the speed limit are stupid. I also know that many of the corners on a North run are blind and that if you think draggin' a knee around even the ones that are not blind is not dangerous to you and the public you are beyond stupid! Finally, I think that if you grab a handful of brakes to try to avoid an unexpected obstacle while doing 50mph over the speed limit draggin' your knee on a North run (in a very safe and controlled manner of course) you are going to have a bad day, regardless of how inflated your ego may be.

The rest of us sport bike riders are just fine!

 

i love this law. it has the majority of u bitchin about it, but u dont wanna do anything about it. i guess rider down threads r gonna pop up more and more for retards tryin to run that have no business goin that fast to begin with. i do speed and i am on the road all day everyday, and i also agree that people who are texting or talkin on the cell phone are deadlier then a motorcycle goin 100+. but we r louder and faster then them so we get singled out

 

Nothing will be done because the demographic of most sportbike riders, who this law is singling out, is laughable at best when it comes to dealing with laws or politics. Its kinda like those goddamn skreet racers - it took an act of the courts to stand up to that obviously unconstitutional street racing law because none of them had the brains and determination to put something together. The governments know this, and thats why they're using these laws to tax your hobbies and pitch a catchy campaign slogan like, "I cracked down on [x] while in office!"

And you agree with that because you want people to stop bothering you about goign 100+ on your motorcycle, not because its true. People talk on the cell phone all the time every day. Per capita, the amount of motorcyclists who wreck because of stupid speeds is surely higher than the amount of motorists who wreck because of talking on their cell phone.

 

i dont know if the tag thing is going to hold up bc i have been pulled over numerous times with the tag on the swingarm and never got a ticket for it infact on sept 26th i got pulled over and he gave me a no mirrors mounted ticket but no tag ticket.this is the second time i got a ticket for no mirrors and both times they said it was bc it is unsafe to not have mirrors come on we live in a state that has no helmet law but is is unsafe to not have mirrors.this is all just a way for the state to make money bc they are in such a budget crisis right now.

450 dollar ticket - 400 for lawyer - have to take saftey class

but i drove away and they didnt even search my vehcile let alone impound it

damn dude i did 55 on a 55 got a 450 tick whent to court.. dats bout it...a few weeks ago i got pulled over at a gas station for no endorcment..they droped dat...ah few weeks ago got pulled over for speeding da cop let me go and i still dont got no endorcment
